The Enemy:

The problem: Our window screens don't seal properly. Most of the time it's no big deal, but during this season a 3/8 inch gap between the screen and the window frame means lots of pesky mini-vampires sucking at your ankles. No fun.
The solution: Evie and I cut some felt strips, doubled them over and stitched them to make a weatherstripping-sort-of-thing. Then we hot-glued them to the existing weatherstripping (which is worthless). Viola! Screens that seal! No more mosquito entrance!

Now, if I can just get the boys to keep the front screen door latched!!!
